Caz Developments announce the sale of Compass Pointe

he Board of Caz Developments is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its property known as Compass Pointe in Apollo Beach, Tampa, Florida USA. The sale price provided a significant markup to the acquisition price and holding expenses till the day of closing of June 23rd 2022. Incoming funds will be re-invested in the US Real estate market.
