ur Group is pleased to announce that we are under contract to purchase a new 12-acre parcel in Polk County Florida, close to US 27 and I4, and Posner Park with easy access to facilities and to major work centers of Central Florida.
The property is currently under review and in the process of obtaining all necessary permits. It is currently zoned for Employment Center which allows townhomes to be constructed among others.
