Caz Developments Acquires Compass Pointe in Mirabay community, Hi
az Developments Group announce the acquisition of the Compass Pointe townhouse development of 84 townhouse lots in the Mirabay Community in Apollo Beach, Hillsborough County. The deal closed on December 5th, 2020.
The group has already re-designed the townhouses and is in the construction bidding process. The units will comprise of a 2,554 sq. ft. 4-bedroom corner unit with 2-car garage and another 2459 sq. ft. middle 4-bedroom unit with 2-car garage. Lot sizes range from 3,600 sq. ft. to over 5,000 sq. ft.
Construction slated to start in the summer of 2021. Sales prices will be set at a later date.
The project is situated in the 750 acres of the gated community of Mirabay, with facilities including Fitness Center, Resort-Style Pool with Waterslide, Lap Pool & Kids Splash Fountain, Gilly’s Poolside Café, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Sand Volleyball Courts, Parks & Children’s Playgrounds.
